Cancellation

If your cancellation request is received after 11am on the dispatch day, your parcel may have already entered the delivery network. In such cases, it may be too late to retrieve the parcel, and you will be charged for the cost of shipping.

If Free Delivery was offered, we will deduct the applicable shipping fee based on the delivery service used, starting from £5.99.

Cancellations that are not due to a defect or discrepancy are only accepted if the customer follows the cancellation procedure and the Returns Procedure outlined below.


Return Policy

Within 30 days after receipt of the goods, you must contact us via email at Contact@kamsbeauty.co.uk or +44 7777 368588 providing your order/transaction number. The items must then be returned to us within 30 days of notifying us that you have changed your mind. All returned goods must be new, unused, and in their original undamaged packaging.

All returns/exchanges must be sent within 30 days of the delivery date to:

Any returns received after 30 days of the delivery date will be issued a credit note only. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the delivery date.

It is your responsibility to take reasonable care of the products until they are returned to us. If the goods have been used beyond what a customer would reasonably do when inspecting the product in-store, we reserve the right to deduct an amount to reflect any reduction in value. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned products.

If the products have already been shipped, they must be returned at the time of cancellation. Refunds will only be made to the same payment method used during purchase and within 30 days of us receiving the cancellation notice and the returned goods.

To return an item, simply contact us using the Contact Form on our website, and we will provide the necessary return instructions.

We will examine the returned product and notify you of your refund status within a reasonable time. Returned items due to a defect will receive a full refund, including the original delivery charges and the cost incurred by you for returning the item.


Customer Returns

If a return is due to an incorrect order by the customer or dissatisfaction where KAMS Beauty is not at fault, the customer is entitled to a partial refund (full product refund minus any postage costs).
If the order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning such items. Goods must be received by us before a partial refund can be issued.

If the total value of returned goods is above £50 and included free shipping, £4.99 will be deducted from the refund as the original shipping cost.


Returned Due to Incorrect Address

If products are returned to us by the courier due to an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer or failure to collect the parcel, we will issue a refund for the cost of products only.
We will not cover re-shipping costs. Any re-shipping charges must be paid by the customer.

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, you may cancel your order for any reason within 7 working days following receipt of the item(s), provided all goods are returned unused, unopened, and suitable for resale. Postage costs will not be refunded.
