Delivery Policy

General Terms

All Orders will be delivered using the service as detailed here at the time of ordering. KAMS Beauty has the right to fluctuate any prices in proportion with its costs for shipping.

Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail, DPD & DHL.

When placing your order please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect.

Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.

Standard Delivery - UK

We use Royal Mail to safely deliver your parcel. Delivery dates and times are provided by RM from the time we confirm Dispatch of your order.

Please also be reminded that whilst we make every effort to ensure a timely dispatch, we rely on third-party services like RM to complete the shipping process. Thus, delivery times are an estimate only and can be subject to delays or changes. However, Royal Mail has a successful delivery rate of over 97%.

Dispatch

All orders received before cut off time (2pm) will be dispatched same &/or next working day.
(Current situation: 2–3 working days.) Tracking codes will be generated and sent via email.

During processing we will also look for any issues related to stock availability. In the event that an item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible via email; this also may cause a delay in the shipping timeframe specified above.

We do not dispatch orders on weekends and Bank Holidays. However, they are picked, packed, and labelled during weekends.

All orders are dispatched with tracking by Royal Mail, and you will receive tracking information via email.

Next-day delivery orders received before 2pm will be dispatched the same working day and delivered the next working day (Monday to Thursday).
Orders placed on Friday for next-day delivery — choose Saturday Delivery at checkout for guaranteed Saturday delivery.

Tracking

You will receive your shipping confirmation via email (and SMS if applicable) once we have processed your shipment. You should be able to track your package using the link in this email.

Once the shipper has picked up the day's collection, you will receive tracking updates at every scan point.

If you have not received or are unable to retrieve tracking information within 48 hours of your "Shipment is Prepared" email, please contact us so that we can find it for you.

Please note that it is the recipient's responsibility to monitor the progress of their parcel using their tracking number as we do not have the resources to do so.

Delivery

Delivery times quoted are our best estimates of the service offered by our shippers and start from the date of dispatch, and we shall not be held liable for any consequential loss or damage resulting from failure to meet these times.

Please be aware that our service is not a named-delivery service, and anyone at the designated delivery address may sign for the delivery. You will assume the risk for the products once they have been delivered to the delivery address you specified when ordering.

We accept no liability where you:

  • provide an incorrect delivery address,

  • choose a safe-place delivery (requested in writing to us or the shipper), or

  • fail to collect the products from the delivery address specified.

Split Deliveries

While we endeavour to deliver all items in your order together, we may occasionally ship part of your order separately due to stock issues.

For example, if you order three items and one is out of stock, we may dispatch the two in-stock items while awaiting new stock for the third. You will be updated via email as your order progresses.

United Kingdom Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout and depend on the order weight and parcel size.

Orders of £50.00 or above qualify for FREE Mainland UK Delivery (2 to 5 days — select free delivery at checkout).

Delivery charges to The Channel Islands, Offshore Islands, Highlands, Scottish Islands, Europe, and the rest of the world will vary according to destination and weight. We always aim to obtain the most competitive price; therefore, each order is priced individually.

United Kingdom – Mainland – Free above £50

As standard we use Royal Mail Tracked 2–4 Working Day delivery with Delivery Confirmation for all orders. Faster delivery options can be selected at checkout.

  • Tracked Shipping (2nd Class): £2.49 to £9.99 (depends on weight & size). 2–4 working days after dispatch

  • Tracked Shipping (1st Class): £3.99 to £11.99 (depends on weight & size). 2–3 working days after dispatch

  • Next Day Delivery (UK Mainland): from £9.95 (order before 2pm)
